I have to be upfront with you before we dive in to see if this training may help you...
The training I'm sharing with you is faith-based. If that creates a barrier for you, I understand. I don't want you to waste your time. I actually understand why people struggle to believe God is good or helpful. But if you'll keep an open mind and continue to read my story, you might find some help for your relationships and your inability to alleviate some constant strong emotions like fear and anger.
Here's what it's done for me:
If any of this already sounds like you, and you just want to skip to the training, I'm interested in talking to you. For now the onboarding is manual and I would prefer to speak to each person before I give them access. There are 5 training videos. Each one introduces a new component to the training, which builds from the previous. My team completed the training over a 6-week period.
If we both agree you would be a good candidate, We'll discuss your price and I'll send you a payment link. Enter your information below and I'll get back to you within the next business day.
The research is solid, the science isn't in question. It's the application that's most helpful. When I first started walk;ing with God, my mindset was "It's either science or faith, it can't be both". But through this training I saw how science reveals careful design. In many instances, at least for me, one can connect commands given in the Bible, one's that didn't seem to make sense at the time, with truths we know now. God gave the command so that people would do certain things which would equate to the highest good they could imagine. But many times the people of those times could not reason why they should do them.
You might be asking: "What does this have to do with self-defense or personal safety"? That's a great question. It relates to fear, and if you're looking for training in self-defense, it's likely you seen enough to believe you might need some tools to avoid or confront what you fear.
You my be surprised to know there are only two fears hardwired into the human brain, are you ready to be surprised at what they are?
The two fears hardwired into the human brain are fear of falling and fear of loud noises. Everything else is learned. Many people guess public speaking and death. For me those would be completely rational.
